We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with our service for any reason feel free to contact us. We will redeliver a new product. Problems are rare, but when they occur we will make it right!

When do you deliver?

We deliver Monday - Saturday.

Where do you ship?

We do ship chocolates all over the United States. Please consider the season and temperature of your shipping destination to avoid melting. Flowers are for local pick up and delivery only.

Can I customize a floral arrangement?

Thank you for shopping our floral selection! Each of our carefully curated bouquets is designed to inspire the overall style and color scheme of your purchase. We offer all of our products in a variety of sizes and prices to accommodate your gift buying needs. If you have any special requests regarding color, style, or flower type (including any flowers we should avoid), please use our notes section to state your preferences.

What if you don’t have certain flowers available?

At times, substitutions may be necessary due to availability, design interpretation or a failure to meet our high standards of quality and design. Minor variations will not affect the size, shape or the overall look of the arrangement you’ve selected, and any substitutions will be of equal or higher value. 

In some cases, if a one-of-a-kind request cannot be met, such as a specific rose color, we will contact you via phone or e-mail.

Food Allergy Considerations?

Made in a facility that handles peanuts, tree nuts, eggs and milk.

What happens if you run out of certain chocolates?

For a variety of reasons, we will occasionally run out of a specific item. While this situation does not occur often, we reserve the right to substitute an item of equal or greater value in our product.

Special Considerations for hospital and assisted living residents….

With respect to the requests of local hospital and assisted living residents and administration, highly scented flowers cannot be delivered to these locations.
