Sitka Flowers & The Chocolate Moose is located on the charming, main street of downtown Sitka, Alaska. The business was established in 1997 when two successful, longtime women entrepreneurs combined their separate chocolate and flower shops into one. The industries complimented each other perfectly and, with a focus on excellent customer service, Sitka Flowers & The Chocolate Moose truly became THE place where customers could always find the perfect gift. 

Angela Ketah purchased the shop in 2017 from Jackie Caywood. She is Alaskan Native of Tlingit and Tsimshian descent, born and raised in Southeast Alaska. As the shops main florist, Angela, is dedicated to providing creative, personalized designs. Our flowers are flown in twice weekly to ensure availability and freshness and we pride ourselves on creating custom designs that perfectly fit your gift-buying need and a focus on excellent customer service.

Angela quickly dedicated herself to the business, continuing to focus on local customers and quality products. She knew the importance of creating a beautiful shopping experience and began constantly looking for ways to grow while maintaining the integrity of the business.
